School Report: Schoolgirl calls for Mersey beach rescue

For BBC School Report 2011 Wirral schoolgirl Becky has been revisiting the scene of a river rescue she was involved in.

Becky, a pupil at Weatherhead High School, was walking with friends by the River Mersey when they spotted a man stuck in the river's mud.

She called the Coastguard who sent the RNLI's New Brighton hovercraft to rescue the man.
