Touch of glamour for weightlifter Zoe Smith

Weightlifter Zoe Smith gave her hands the chance to be pampered for once before walking down the red carpet at the British Olympic Association Ball.

On a rare day off from training, BBC London's Sara Orchard caught up with 17-year-old Zoe, from Greenwich, and talked to her about what she needs to do to be a contender for London 2012.
