A 34-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man died in Leeds after suffering serious injuries.
Bartlomiej Dedek appeared before magistrates in the city earlier and was remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on 16 February.
The dead man, who has not been named, was found in a house on Bexley Mount, next to St James's Hospital, on Sunday.
Three men, aged 46, 50 and 51, and a 40-year-old woman were also arrested but have been released without charge.
