Andi Garbi plans to stage a "silent tour" of other buildings in Worcestershire
Visitors to a stately home in Worcestershire will be able to experience a "silent disco" as they tour the house and grounds.
Composer Andy Garbi has created music for Croome Court's visitors to listen to on headphones that will "bring stories out of the walls".
The pieces aim to demonstrate the different "sonic qualities" to be found in the house, its follies and church.
The Grade I listed house was designed by Lancelot "Capability" Brown.
The estate was bought in 2011 by the National Trust, English Heritage, Malvern Hills District Council and the Croome Heritage Trust.
The event, funded by the Arts Council and Worcestershire County Council, is part of a free entry weekend at the stately home.
Later in the year Mr Garbi will go on a "silent tour" producing more site-specific compositions to highlight the "acoustic potential" of buildings in Worcestershire.
