Herefordshire drain cover thefts: Three charged

A man and two boys have been charged with the theft of drain covers in Herefordshire.

A 22-year-old man from Preston was charged with the theft of 19 drain covers and three driving offences including dangerous driving.

A 16-year-old boy from Hereford was charged with theft and causing danger to road users and a boy aged 15 from Gwent was charged with theft.

They are due to appear at Hereford Magistrates' Court on 24 October.
