Winchester Cathedral holds 'organathon'

Winchester Cathedral has staged an 'organathon' to help raise funds for its music events which cost more than £600,000 a year.

The 19th Century organ, which has about 5,500 pipes, was played non-stop for 24 hours by the cathedral's trio of organists plus guests in two hour slots.
