Air and land ambulances went to the farm near Dawlish where the accident happened
A 20-year-old woman died while operating farm machinery, police have said.
Air and land ambulances were called to a farm near Dawlish, south Devon, on Saturday afternoon.
The woman was taken to hospital but could not be saved.
The Health and Safety Executive has been notified and, along with Devon and Cornwall Police, is investigating the incident.
