A man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a Bulgarian woman who was living in Devon.

Gergana Prodonova, 38, was last seen in a food shop in Sidwell Street, Exeter, at about 20:00 BST on 4 August.

She was reported missing on Monday after she failed to turn up for work over the weekend.

Devon and Cornwall Police said a 42-year-old Bulgarian man had been arrested on suspicion of murder.
