A man has appeared in court in Devon charged with three counts of raping a 12-year-old girl.
Tomas Speed, of Kirby Close, Axminster, is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in September last year.
The 19-year-old also faces four charges of taking or possessing indecent photographs of the girl.
Exeter magistrates committed the case to the city's crown court and Mr Speed will appear before a judge on 26 June. He was granted conditional bail.
