Two people have been charged with concealing a birth over the recovery of skeletal remains near to a railway line.
The discovery was made on Wednesday during a search by police near Queen Street, Bedworth.
The remains were undergoing forensic testing to determine whether they were human, Warwickshire Police said.
A man and woman from Bedworth were due to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
The force said it received information relating to a concealment of a birth, reported to have taken place in the county in August 2014.
