A man has been charged with causing the deaths of two men who were struck by a car in Cambridgeshire.
Thomas Fletcher, 19, and Thomas Northam, 22, died after they were hit by a BMW as they walked on Broadway in Yaxley, near Peterborough, on Tuesday.
Richard Frost, 38, of Dorset Avenue, Chelmsford, Essex, has been charged with causing their deaths by dangerous driving.
He is expected to appear before magistrates later.
Mr Frost has been further charged with two counts of dangerous driving, one count of causing actual bodily harm (ABH) and one count of common assault.
