Two men have already been charged with murder over Carl Campbell's death
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in Belgium in connection with a fatal shooting in West Bromwich last year.
Carl Campbell, 33, died after being shot on High Street at about 14:30 GMT on 27 December.
West Midlands Police said a man was apprehended in Belgium on 9 January and extradition proceedings were under way to bring him back to the UK.
The individual has been arrested under a European warrant, the details of which are not yet known.
Two men have already been charged with Mr Campbell's murder.
