Birmingham flood lifts cars from roads as houses are deluged
A major clean-up is underway in Birmingham after heavy rain flooded homes and streets.
More than 1,000 flood-related calls were made to West Midlands Fire Service over a nine-hour period.
The worst affected areas were Selly Park, Harborne and Woodgate Valley.
