The women were arrested in connection with an alleged bogus resignation letters plot at Adderley Primary School
Four women arrested as part of a fraud investigation at a Birmingham school have been released without charge.
The four - all aged in their 40s - were arrested at addresses in Birmingham and Solihull in April 2014.
They were accused of being involved in a bogus resignation letters plot at Adderley Primary School in Saltley.
Adderley is one of the schools that was being investigated over an alleged "Trojan Horse" plot by Islamic extremists to takeover city schools.
West Midlands Police said: "A police investigation into fraud conspiracy allegations has found there was insufficient evidence.
"The women questioned as part of that inquiry face no further action."
