The crash happened on the westbound A5, just before the slip road for the B5440 Marlborough Way
A cyclist was killed when he was involved in a collision with a van on a dual carriageway.
The man in his 50s died on the A5 westbound close to Marlborough Way, Tamworth area, near the Staffordshire/Warwickshire border.
He suffered multiple injuries, said West Midlands Ambulance Service, which was called at about 16:40 BST on Tuesday.
The man driving the Ford Transit van was uninjured.
