'Miracle man' to create national religious museum
Meet the man who is richer than the Queen, who has big plans to create a national museum of religion in Bishop Auckland.
Jonathan Ruffer is a successful city investment manager, devout Christian and philanthropist who recently saved a group of £15m Zurbarán paintings for the nation.
He is also a man with a mission - to transform the forgotten town of Bishop Auckland in north east England into a world class tourist destination.
But some commentators say it will require a miracle to develop a successful tourist attraction based on religion and religious art in the struggling town.
Inside Out is broadcast on Monday, 30 September on BBC One North East and Cumbria at 19:30 BST and nationwide thereafter on the iPlayer.
