Metropolitan Police: Mental health 'factor in knife attack'

Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley has said mental health is a major line of enquiry in a London knife attack.

He added that terrorism was also being considered as a motivation.

A woman in her 60s was killed and five people were injured in the assault in Russell Square on Wednesday evening.
