Broadcaster Miriam O'Reilly says 'high profile' presenters fear for their careers
Broadcaster Miriam O'Reilly has appeared on the BBC for the first time since winning her age discrimination tribunal.
The former Countryfile presenter told BBC Radio 5 live that other "high profile" female presenters have told her that they fear for their careers.
"They have fears about getting older on television," O'Reilly tells Victoria Derbyshire. "Fears of being sidelined and not knowing what to do about it."
"Experiences in some cases have been the same, how women are treated... the signals that you're getting, the thing that are said about your appearance."
