Helen Thomas

Helen is BBC Newsnight's business editor. She joined in 2016 after three years at the Wall Street Journal and nine years at the Financial Times, covering everything from banks and insurance to mining and pharmaceuticals. Helen wrote for the FT's Lex column in New York during the financial crisis and later edited the WSJ's Heard on the Street column in Europe.
