The BBC's Nigeria correspondent Will Ross has tweeted this photo from Lagos, where he is gathering material for a story about moves to try and reduce noise in the city's churches.
At least 22 churches are reported to have been shut down on the orders of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency.
Residents have been complaining in unprecedented numbers that they can barely hear themselves think among the churches and mosques where giant loudspeakers pump out religious messages and music, AFP news agency reports.

Tonight is the opening ceremony for the 11th All-Africa Games, which are being held in Congo-Brazzaville.
Sporting stars from across the continent will be descending on the capital Brazzaville to compete in the event, which takes place every four years.
Athletics, as well as football, basketball, boxing and many other sports are all included in this year's games.
