"It undermines the support we provide to health authorities with mobile testing and other tasks across the UK.
“We are looking into this incident and will deal with the matter accordingly," the spokesperson added.
A further patient has died in hospital in Lincolnshire after testing positive for coronavirus, it's been confirmed.
The patient, a 68-year-old woman, had underlying health conditions, according to United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
That brings the number of patients who've died in Lincolnshire's hospitals after testing positive for Covid-19 to 140.
Meanwhile, Northern Lincolnshire and Goole hospitals Trust says it has now recorded a total of 91 deaths of patients who'd earlier tested positive for the virus.
This was the moment a family of deer narrowly escaped being hurt - when they ran between two fighter jets at an RAF base in Lincolnshire.
The deer made the run between the taxiing Typhoons at RAF Coningsby on Friday morning.

Staff at a Lincolnshire flower growers have decided to show off their displays online, after this year's Chelsea Flower Show was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, this year's show has been cancelled for the first time since World War Two due to the lockdown.
Not wanting to be beaten, however, staff decided to put their display together anyway and show it off on social media.

Car parks along parts of the Lincolnshire coast could be reopened to stop "congestion and chaos" on the roads though council bosses fear the move could send the wrong message.
Image source, Lincolnshire PoliceWhile Lincolnshire Police posted photos of quiet resorts over the weekend (above) Craig Leyland, the leader of East Lindsey District Council, said with car parks, tourist attractions, businesses and facilities closed, some areas faced increased pressure.
He said while he was still keen to dissuade people from visiting it was "very clear" people are still coming to the coast and it may be necessary to re-open some car parks.
Deputy Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police Jason Harwin said: “The difficulty is if people turn up or car parks aren’t open they’ll find somewhere else to park.
“What we’re trying to do is minimise the impact on the communities that already live there.”
Thousands of people are taking advantage of Lincolnshire's tips reopening today, with one site's 400 spaces being booked up before it even opened.

But, from today all 11 sites have re-opened to the public via a strict pre-booking system, with households only allowed to make one visit per fortnight and measures aimed at maintaining social distancing in place.
In total, there were 2,377 slots booked with Spalding's 400 slots all taken before it opened earlier today.
Currently people can only take garden waste or wood, but, from 1 June, sites will also accept cardboard and scrap metal.
Police pursued the car, which also travelled the wrong way on a motorway, for an hour.

The company operates services between London and Leeds, and Edinburgh, York, Newcastle and London.
LNER is also encouraging passengers to wear a face mask if they cannot keep a safe distance, avoid facing others and to ignore seat numbers and choose the safest seat available.
A woman has died after crashing her car on the A153 near Ruskington.
Image source, GoogleLincolnshire Police said the woman, 40, died when her black Ford Ranger crashed near to the Speedway corner at about 19:00 on Friday. No other vehicles were involved.
The force has appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward.
Today will stay largely dry with patchy cloud and spells of hazy sunshine, although the odd brief shower can't be ruled out.
It'll stay dry and cloudy this evening and overnight, but one or two isolated showers are possible.

A man broadcast himself on Facebook while driving at "excessive" speeds before leading police on an hour-long pursuit the wrong way along a motorway.

Officers were called to the South Ferriby area at about 01.30 this morning after receiving reports of a man driving "erratically under the influence of alcohol and at excessive speeds, whilst also streaming the incident live on Facebook".
Humberside Police said the man failed to stop and was then pursued through Barnetby, Elsham and Bonby, with the vehicle also driving the wrong way on both the A15 and M180.
He was finally stopped using "tactical contact" in South Killingholme just before 02.30.
The force said a 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving while over the prescribed limit, failing to stop and driving whilst disqualified in connection with the incident.
Inspector Rob Grunner said: “Thankfully there were no injuries sustained by anyone and a man remains in police custody following an arrest made in the early hours of this morning after the incident had concluded.”
