RBS boss apologises to GRG customers

The Royal Bank of Scotland has apologised for how it treated customers who ended up in its Global Restructuring Group, known as GRG.

They have put aside up to £400m to pay back fees to up to 12,000 small business.

Speaking to the BBC's Andy Verity, Ross McEwan, the bank's chief executive, admitted that mistakes had been made.
