'Green shoots' of economic recovery in Rugby

The British economy grey 0.6% between March and May, according to an independent think tank. After a couple of years of stagnation it appears the economy is finally on the move.

So Newsnight sent its Economics editor, Paul Mason, to see how it all looks in the Warwickshire town of Rugby.
