Carlos Ghosn, head of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, and Vineet Nayar, chief executive of HCL Technologies, are established leaders of international companies.
Mr Nayar explains how his philosophy of "employees first, customers second" works in a company as large as HCL, and what he thinks about being appraised by 90,000 employees.
And Mr Ghosn addresses the issue of global warming and says the car industry needs to contribute to the solution.
