Nottingham workplace pay-to-park scheme begins

Companies in Nottingham with more than 10 parking spaces will have to pay a yearly charge to the council from this weekend.

Businesses say the £288-per-space charge is a tax on workers, but Nottingham City Council says it will invest the money raised in congestion cutting schemes.
