The nearest towns and villages are Aberfoyle, Callander and Strathyre. From Glasgow follow the signs on the M8 to Aberfoyle. Alternatively follow the A81 to Aberfoyle from Stirling. Perched above Aberfoyle, the David Marshall Lodge Visitor Centre is a great place to start your visit.
