Perhaps the ultimate guitar session man, Steve Cropper talks about the guitar part in Otis Redding's posthumous 1968 hit Dock of the Bay, which he had to complete within days of the singer's death in a plane crash in Lake Monona, Wisconsin. He sums up his experience of a lifetime playing some of the classic blues and soul tracks.
