The 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipe Band is a Grade One competitive band that has excelled in both competitive and performance circles since its debut in 1982. Led since its inception by Pipe Major Bill Livingstone, the band is renowned throughout the world for its competitive resilience and cutting-edge musical innovation. Based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, its members hail from across Canada and the USA.
