For the first time the BBC will be bringing highlights from the Reading & Leeds Festival directly into your living room. Tonight's programme kicks off a whole weekend of daily 90 minute highlight programmes on BBC 2 from both the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Over an hour and half, presenters Jo Whiley and Zane Lowe will take you through the best of the best from Fridays Reading and Leeds Festivals including music from headliners Franz Ferdinand, the Kaiser Chiefs, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Belle & Sebastian and many more from the Main Stage at Reading. And beaming down the line from the NME / Radio 1 Stage in Leeds will be highlights from the sets of Maximo Park, The Rakes, The Kooks, Boy Kill Boy and much, much more besides.
