Gallery 47 is the pseudonym of English songwriter, Jack Peachey. In 2010, his tracks started to appear on BBC Introducing's 'The Beat' radio show, which quickly began to turn heads. Blending electronic elements with the abstract lyrical verses of a beat-poet, you could say he is reminiscent of Nick Drake, Bert Jansch or his biggest influence, Bob Dylan. Tom Robinson ceratinly thought so, as soon enough Gallery 47's songs appeared on BBC 6music. His debut album 'Fate Is The Law LP' was recorded independently and mastered at Abbey Road. As well as T in the Park, there is Splendour Festival, Strawberry Fields Festival, Summer Sundae Weekender on his summer schedule, so catch him here while you can!
