“At this point in our career we have so many songs it’s hard to pick which ones not to play.” So said Dave Grohl in 2011. Witness the fearless power of the legendary Foo Fighters - a five-piece band fronted by the multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter who also happens to be the former drummer of a certain Nirvana. They have just produced yet another highly acclaimed album, Wasting Lights, their seventh.
Having already set the T arena on fire way back in 1996 at the old venue of Strathclyde Country Park (remember that??), and again on the Balado Main Stage in 2005, the perennial Billboard chart toppers are beyond qualified to deliver a stonking third performance and rock your Scottish wellies off.
