Interpol emerged out of the NY post punk revival scene of the early 00s, and have gone on to release four albums. The last of these, the eponymous Interpol, was released last autumn. Following the departure of enigmatic bass and keyboard player Carlos Dengler, the band have gone on to tour as a three-piece with appearances this year at Coachella in California and Primavera Sound in Barcelona. They return to the UK festival circuit with their intense rock at Reading and Leeds.
