Danceable indie anthems from the Midlands
Duo Shockparade exist somewhere between the hardest edge of Faithless, Underworld, Leftfield and the uplifting beauty of Sigur Ros played by Doves in the Madchester era. There are two Shockparades: the studio duo consisting of Myke Grimes (aka Mofo) and Patrick King (Padd), and the full live act complete with live drums, synths and atmospheric guitars. Mofo and Padd fuse together their 90s indie influences with a love of dance music to create euphoric 'hands in the air' anthems that keep you buzzing for days.
