Euphoric harmonies

Haling from Orange County in California, Local Natives are often mentioned in the same breath as Fleet Foxes, and their 2009 album Gorilla Manor was much praised by critics and fans alike. The now LA based band led by vocalist Taylor Rice will be the perfect accompaniment to a summery afternoon at Reading and Leeds. Listen out for their current single featuring sublime harmonies, Wide Eyes. Local Natives will take to the NME/Radio 1 stage at both festivals.
