Wrexham post-rock pioneers

Four-piece Gallops hail from Wrexham. Inspired by bands like Battles they make intelligent post rock which has to be seen to be believed. To quote BBC Wales's Adam Walton, "Gallops are impossible to sum up in a soundbite. Their music is too fresh, compulsive and inventive. It's cyborg soul music." After their performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend in 2009, they return to the BBC Introducing stage as headliners at Reading and Leeds.
