Bellowhead were absolutely amazing and uplifting as the sun finally beat down upon the Glastonbury feilds. One of my many highlights from Glastonbury - apart from our very own band, of course, who played over at Bimble Inn @ The Park on Saturday night. My second visit to Glastonbury - and I'm not the greatest of festival fans, but as a musician it's got to be done. Well done to the BBC for their great coverage as always. I'm catching up on the BBC highlights with the bands (big and small) I sadly didn't quite get to see due to playing there myself. More online Bellowhead footage please!

Watched the set on the red button yesterday - twice. Brilliant to see Bellowhead on a big stage, and they seemed to go down well. Thanks for the footage. :)

Hopefully Glasofolks and viewers saw & heard why Bellowhead are amazing festival headliners everywhere else they play and why their tours are always sold out. It is impossible to stand or sit still while they are playing! Many people don't know the members of Bellowhead play in several other groups/duo's too. so more of them on TV and online please BBC. With sold out Folk Festivals across the UK this year it looks like our great music secret is no more!
ps Doesn't this genre deserve longer than a 1 hour weekly show on @BBCRadio2 for 'in depth' National coverage?

So good for one of the country's best live bands to get some live TV coverage at last. Let's hope this has won them lots of new fans! Folk music is definitely alive and kicking in this country.

What a wonderful day having Bellowhead's set as the @BBCRedButton Glastonbury video today. Definitely smile inducing music breaking out into big grins and dancing around the room stuff! Thank you BBC Glasto team for choosing Bellowhead, many people have been chatting on twitter & elsewhere today about it :D
