Biography

Alistair’s main instrument is his voice and he focuses on Scots song. He was a finalist in the 2011 Young Trad Award and since then his career has gone from strength to strength. He is about to make a CD with Greentrax and has just completed the TMSA Young Champions tour around Scotland. He is very busy performing in Scotland and has recently featured alongside Alan Reid, Jim Malcolm and Heidi Talbot. His radio work includes a performance on Robbie Shepherd’s Take the Floor.
