Mancunian film makers Sky Wilson and Vin Kelly of 5 Heads Tall productions have decided to mark the 30th anniversary of the original movie’s release with an online film about how much the sci-fi epic changed films and fans forever. The pair are no strangers to the subject. Self-confessed Star Wars buffs, they were responsible for producing the highly successful George And Me, a look into the Star Wars fan phenomenon and the growth of self-made fan-films.
