He said he feels in excellent form at the moment, and he hopes that form pays off. The Newmarket cyclist is a former national junior sprint and kilo champion. Although he is from Suffolk, his Scottish ancestry meant that he could represent Scotland at the Commonwealth Games where he picked up bronze in the Team Sprint.
