MARY SEACOLE
David is one of many people who feel that nurse Mary Seacole has not been given the historical prominence that she deserves. She was born in Jamaica but spent time living in London in a building on George Street. A plaque to commemorate this fact was unveiled recently. David visits the site to relay his poem.
