Ealing Southall by-election

Prime Minister Gordon Brown will face his first electoral test on the streets of west London.

Labour are defending a majority of more than 11,000 in Ealing Southall after the death at 82 of Piara Khabra triggered a by-election.

Here is the list of candidates in the Ealing Southall by-election taking place on 19 July. Their names, and the description of who they are standing for are as described on the returning officer's official list of candidates:
