Put On Your Dancing Shoes!

The Big Dance is your chance to take part in a world record attempt which may be featured on a BBC1 Show on Saturday 22nd July hosted by Bruce Forsyth!

On Saturday 22nd July 2006, we want BBC Radio Merseyside listeners throughout Merseyside and Cheshire and beyond, to help set a world record attempt to dance the same dance to the same music at the same time!

The Venue:

St George’s Hall, Liverpool. Doors Open: from 10.30am.
Please note there is no smoking in St George's Hall and no parking available on site.

Dance Performances 10.45am – 11.20pm:

From Beijing - Guangdong Modern Dance Company.
Dance Champion Kyle Taylor and Positive Impact.

Dance Class (Rehearsal): 11.30am – 12.25pm.

Time to get warmed up! Please wear flat comfortable shoes and lose clothing to dance in. Please also bring your own refreshments.

Guinness World Record Attempt 12.30pm – 12.40pm:

The Big Dance is your chance to take part in a world record attempt which may be featured on a BBC1 Show! This is a free event for anyone over the age of 5.

How To Take Part

Tickets are available by registering with The ‘A’ Team on 0151 794 0984. You must bring the BBC Big Dance ticket with you on the day.
