• We'll then send you an email confirming your registration. Just reply to that and then you're on board! You'll be directed to this page.
• Click onto Leicester. We're half-way down the left-hand column - look for a picture of rugby player Martin Johnson.
• You'll be invited to log in with your new log in and password. (If you agree to your password being remembered then you won't have to every time.)
• You can now look at all the discussions currently taking place. Click on one you fancy and then click reply if you want to join the discussion.
• You'll be emailed when someone replies to you so you can keep right up to date.
