Feeling a bit stressed? Unhealthy? Tired? Then this might be for you!

Yoga is an ancient Indian method of achieving a balance of mind, body and spirit, that involves a series of bendy movements and controlled breath.

Now Indian Yoga guru Swami Randev is coming to Leicester to give locals a chance to try his famous breathing techniques.

He will be holding morning and afternoon sessions at Leicester City Football Club when his British tour stops at Leicester for a week.

Swami is aiming to promote mental and physical well-being across the world.

Followers of Swami have reported that his exercises have healing and preventative powers, although many remain skeptical.

Places on the sessions are already filling up. Yoga enthusiasts from America and Norway flying over just for a chance to see the spiritual icon.

Apparently the Royal Family are also fans of his work - however it's doubtful Prince Charles will turn up for a Yoga session in Leicester!

Tickets are available now - but you may need to be a royal to make a donation as they start at £70 and go up to £500!
