Leicestershire racing driver Julian Griffin enjoyed his best result of the 2003 ELF Clio Renaultsport UK Cup during the most recent round of the championship. To celebrate he’s teamed up once again with BBC Leicester to offer this fantastic prize! Griffin is offering the chance for one lucky BBC Leicester competition winner to sit alongside him for a minimum of five ‘hot laps’ of the Donnington Park circuit in one of the UK’s favorite road-going hot-hatches. The Clio Renaultsport 172 ‘Cup’ is one of the quickest cars around… but none are quite as fast as Griffin’s tweaked road machine, boasting 200bhp alongside a few other modifications that make this the ideal track day car.
