You've had a hard day, studying or working and you want to start the weekend a little bit early, so where do you head?

In Leicester, Thursday nights have a lot to offer, so last night I decided to check out the much talked about Finesse Sleek and Sexy at Creation, and see what it's all about.

I arrived at 11.15pm, after having a long session and having Usher's track blaring from the speakers really makes you want to get up on the dance floor.

Resident DJ, JetC played tune after tune that fused well together, even if you weren't on the dance floor you couldn't help but move. Spinning fresh new tracks to classic cuts, the music was flawless and we all know how the music has to be just right when you go out.

Normally it's a mission to get served and everyone's pushing at the bar, but because the atmosphere was so good, you didn't really notice it, it's like there's another party going on at the bar and also a chance to check out the talent.

Time flies when you're having fun, and before you know it the night is over. It was a fantastic night out, although the main arena was the only one open for this week due to refurbishment it didn't give the night a setback and the clubbers still came out.

Finesse Sleek and Sexy was created four years ago by JetC and DVS. JetC has performed sets all over Leicester including Russell's and 361, it was when he started putting his thing down in Creation, he decided to bring the Finesse night to the club. Ladies get in free before 10.30pm, NUS discounts are available plus you are guaranteed to not pay more than £5 for entry.
