Get yourself a penpal
Get yourself an email or postal penpal from a foreign-speaking country. You can help them improve their English and they help you with the language you're learning. Communicating with your new friend forces you to keep up-to-date with the language.

Having taken almost 58 yrs to come to terms with the English language, I find it helps to read a good tourist/guide book and immerse yourself in the customs and culture of your adopted language.
I totally agree, I never made such progress with my English since I've got some friends in the UK to speak with.
My grammar is still to improve and I have some more words to memorize but I'm now really confident with my English.
You can find loads of websites about penpals with google.
yeah, i'm in high school and we don't have the ability to study abroad and stuff. So what about some sites for penpals?
letternet.de is a great one for german! It's free to join and I have 4 great penpals so far!
