General running costs are minimal, as our warehouse is located in the outskirts. We have a website where clients can access our catalogue and place orders which are sent out to them within 48 hours. We deal with all the big publishing houses and we can store more books than traditional bookshops which have their outlet in the high street. This year our profits have increased by 60% and we have achieved a very important market share. For next year we have planned to expand our business into the sale of music and videos and also to move to bigger premises. |
