Nationalities
People from different parts of Germany and the world tell us where they come from. Major cities of the country are introduced briefly before moving on to a violin making school where students are questioned about their nationality.

National identity
Munich is introduced as a city which is home to people from many different countries. The Italian influence is highlighted in particular and an Italian-German reflects on his identity, mentioning some German specific characteristics. Further people are questioned on their nationalities and the languages they speak whilst some German art groups are mentioned for their work with international music and art.
