In Beijing, one of the famous local specialities is Beijing roast duck and the most famous eating place for it is Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant. When ordering food, people tend to order several dishes and everybody at the table shares them. The host will normally help the guest by putting food into his or her bowl, especially if the host thinks that a particular dish is a good one.
